Rady Children’s Ice Rink Through Jan. 5
Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary and Liberty Station welcome San Diegans to kick-off the holiday season with outdoor ice skating at the Rady Children’s Ice Rink at Liberty Station. Skating by the Sea Thru Dec
Skating by the Sea returns to Hotel del Coronado from Thanksgiving Day through January 1. This ice rink is located seaside on Windsor Lawn and features views of the Pacific and Coronado beach. The Del’s iconic Victorian Building, adorned with thousands of white lights, provides a visual backdrop and adds holiday music and hot chocolate and libations. Skating is $25 per person, and ice skate rentals are free.

Rady Children’s Ice Rink at Liberty Station Thru Dec
The season runs through Sunday, January 7; closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. During the day expect young children and parents at the rink. As the sun goes down the teens come out for faster-paced skating. Night sessions attract adults willing to give ice skating a try. All proceeds benefit the Rady Children’s Hospital’s Peckham Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders.
